Repairing the Breach

Repairing the Breach

271 – Thou Shalt Call His Name Jesus Repairing the Breach
Repairing the BreachDescription: The lecture deals with the centrality of Christ in the plan of salvation. Compromise regarding the reconciliation of man with God apart from Christ is impossible. It is impossible to be reconciled to God other than through Christ. Therefore religious movements that seek reconciliation with God by other means are not entering in through the door but are climbing in through some other way. The Bible plainly teaches that this is contrary to the plainest teachings of Scripture. Moreover, salvation is Christ-centered and righteousness can be obtained only through Him. Man can do nothing without Christ, and any effort exerted for improvement of character emanates from Christ and not from man .Without imputed and imparted righteousness, man stands condemned before a holy God. These doctrines are central to Christianity and any attempt to minimize them or to downplay the divinity of Jesus Christ is contrary to Scripture. Attempts to create a fusion of world religions of necessity would have to bring Jesus Christ down to the level of the founders of these world religions and therefore fall outside the plan of salvation as no one can come to the Father except by Him.  Repairing the Breach

272 – The King of the North – Part 1  Repairing the Breach
Description: This lecture is a Bible study on Daniel 11 outlining the various possible interpretations of the prophetic delineations. The DVD begins with a summary of some of the historic views regarding Daniel 11 which see this prophecy as a parallel prophecy to Daniel 7 and 8. The presentation continues with a look at the chapter in its broader context as a merism and defines who is represented by the king of the north and the king of the south. The prophecy is compared typologically with other Biblical narrations such as the king and prince of Tyre as well as the literal, historic events associated with the literal kings of the north and south just before the first and second destruction of Jerusalem, which in turn serve as types for the final events before the coming of Christ.  Repairing the Breach

273 – The King of the North – Part 2
Description: Part 2 is a study of the king of the south that pushes against Catholicism at the time of the end, but it also investigates the intrigues of setting up the conditions for the final victory of the king of the north. The secret intrigues of Napoleon, the setting up of a false system of worship, and a counterfeit theology regarding the antichrist, the dispensationalist view, and the creation of the Jewish state and Zionism are all discussed. Viewers will be surprised to discover the origin of the Jews and the state of Israel. This DVD concludes the study of Daniel 11 and prepares the way for the modern fulfillment of these prophecies.

274 – Reaping the Whirlwind – Part 1  Repairing the Breach

Description: Reaping the Whirlwind Part 1 raises the curtain on the secret movements of the king of the north (the Papacy) to gain final control of the minds of men so that the whole world will be at his heel. It takes a look at the corridors of power as they unfold in the various military and secret bodies of Roman Catholicism, together with their involvement in the political aspects of society. The power of these bodies and the links with the rulers in the world demonstrates how Rome will finally achieve her goal of world dominance. Organizations such as the Knights of Malta, CFR, FBI, CIA, the Jesuits, and the Bilderbergers are further discussed and examined in light of new findings. Rather than speculating on conspiracy intrigues, the actual links between these organizations are shown.  Repairing the Breach

275 – Reaping the Whirlwind – Part 2
Description: Part 2 takes us all the way to current events in the political and religious arena. An in-depth study of the origin of the Bilderbergers together with the organizations that underpin the corridors of power show their distinct Roman origin. The unfolding of events link to the final verses of Daniel 11 and show their complete fulfillment in our time. In the final analysis, the king of the north dictates moral values in contrast to God’s. Using economic powerhouses, it is his intention to drive through legislation that underpins the moral fiber of society and the family culminating in “rest” which he sees as Sunday legislation.

276 – Brass for Gold
Description: In Brass for Gold, the typology of Solomon and his son Rehoboam are unravelled with respect to their application to the religious world of today. Rehoboam manufactured shields of brass when the king of Egypt confiscated the shields that Solomon had made of gold. Rehoboam took greater care of these brass ones than he did of the shields of gold and so the modern religious world is satisfied with substituting a gospel of brass for one of gold. In this lecture, Walter Veith investigates the various institutes of learning in the evangelical world, their doctrines and origins, and allows the stones themselves to cry out regarding the annihilation of the pure gospel of gold.

277 – Give Me This Mountain
Description: Give me this Mountain contrasts the kingdom of God with that of the antichrist, who will introduce a false kingdom into the world. The great movers and shakers, the mega preachers, in harmony with the politicians, are endeavouring to set up a counterfeit democratic theocracy, thus making an image to the beast and worshiping the first beast. Our striving should be to enter in through the narrow gate and take hold of a kingdom and a city whose Maker and Builder is God. Typologically, the story of Caleb and the final entry into the land of Canaan, which serves as a type of the final conflict for the mind, is investigated as well as the requirements that enable us to reach this goal.

278 – The King of the North Embracing World Religions
Description: A gospel of brass can be easily molded to the requirements of interreligious dialogue. Sacrificing principle and even the very essence of salvation enables people to embrace all religions irrespective as to whether the religions themselves acknowledge or negate the supremacy of Christ. The deity of Christ in particular has to be sacrificed on the altar of expediency in order to embrace the non-Christian religions and bring them into the fold of the anti-typical Babylon. In this lecture, we look at the statements and pictorial evidence of the greatest apostasy in the history of Christianity. Moreover, we lay the foundation for a study of the inroads of the king of the north into the very heart of antitypical Jerusalem.

279 – The Foundations of Many Generations – Part 1
Description: There is no other foundation upon which the true church of Christ can be built other than that which is Christ Jesus. But as world religions embrace each other in apparent unity, the character of God has to be maligned and blasphemed. In this lecture, Walter Veith compares some doctrines of Catholicism, such as immortality, hell, the abolition of Biblical health principles, and works, which make the ministry of Christ of none effect. We compare these doctrines to those of the Koran to show that the two religions share the same principles and the same doctrines to the exclusion of truth. Actual statements of Catholicism are compared with the Koran to show the true character of these religious systems. This lecture serves as a bastion for God’s people to avoid the snares of a new universalism that is raising its head even amongst our people.

280 – The Foundations of Many Generations – Part 2

281 – Announcements from Heaven
Description: Announcements from Heaven is the story of Jesus. It is the story of His authority, His divinity, His humanity, His atonement, and it is the story of the great plan of salvation that embraces not only this earth and all of humanity, but the very future of heaven itself. It is the story of divine interventions and divine announcements from the throne of heaven, pointing humans to the only name whereby they may be saved. Neglecting these highest of all heavenly sermons will lead to the broad path, which for the sake of peace and expediency will sacrifice truth on the altar of apostasy. This DVD is a clarion call to understand the true Christ and to call people to worship Him who alone is worthy to receive honor, glory and power.

282 – Elias
Description: Jesus said Elias would come and restore all things. Elias is the antitype of Elijah and John the Baptist. He is to be the restorer of paths to dwell in. In this study, Walter Veith takes a look at the typical story of Josiah and the very final restoration of heavenly truth before the fall of Jerusalem. He compares it with the great gathering of God’s people which was to take place after 1844. The principles embodied in the restoration are investigated and God’s people are directed to the ancient paths and called to walk in them. As in the case of Josiah, so it will be at the end, and in the final moments of history, we will have to be firmly rooted in our founding doctrines in order to weather the storm which will soon come upon antitypical Jerusalem with blinding force.

283 – Repairing the Breach
Description: God’s character lies shattered on the highways of theological compromise and apostasy. It is the duty of God’s final people to restore the breach in the wall of Jerusalem. This study includes a discussion of the doctrines that set God’s remnant apart from every other denomination. Repairing the Breach is a call to repentance and a call to the acceptance of the everlasting gospel in contrast to a mutilated gospel presented in the world today. Walter Veith takes a look at the history and formation of the great doctrines which have made Seventh-day Adventists what they are, particularly the sanctuary, the Sabbath, the law, and the final gathering. These are contrasted with the wine of Babylon that has made the nations drunk with the wine of their fornication.

284 – Get Away from the Tents
Description: Get Away From the Tents discusses some of the inroads of the king of the north’s theology into the very heart of God’s people. The issues are serious as they constitute the omega of great apostasies and many there are within God’s remnant people who embrace them. This study is an appeal to distance oneself from theologies and religious practices that are contrary to the very essence of Seventh-day Adventism. This lecture is not an appeal to separate from the body, but it is an appeal to separate from ideologies that will lead to the same clash that Moses faced when he confronted Korah, Dathan and Abiram.

285 – The Threshing Floor
Description: This DVD offers a typological study of judgment scenes involving the threshing floor in the Old Testament. By comparing these faithfully recorded events, we can begin to understand the seriousness of the issues involved in the final judgment. Type will meet antitype, and if repentance and total commitment to God was a prerequisite in the typical stories of the judgment, how much more so should we, at the end of the age, be aware of our standing and position regarding the great truths that separate us from the world. God is calling a people to stand for truth and righteousness amidst a crooked generation.
